  • If you’re looking for the BEST silk mohair in the world – here it is, only hand-painted and exquisite!

Artyarns Silk Mohair yarn is thehighest quality Silk-Mohair blend we’ve ever found. Gorgeous, soft halo from the top-tier mohair, and fabulous lustre and shine from the high silk content (40% as compared to 28-30% inother brands of silk-mohair). This stuff isn’t like your run-of-the-mill silk-mo.

Absolutely no scratchiness, no plastic/acrylic. This yarn has been hand-painted by artisans, not machine dyed, so each skein has depthand interest.

And with a generous 285m per 25g skein, you can create almost weightless garments and accessories from this ultra-soft yarn. Or hold it together with another yarn to give it the ultimate upgrade, both in softness and colour!

Many of the colours we stock in this Silk Mohair are available in Merino Cloud and Beaded Silk & Sequins too, if you fancy getting matchy.
