Pltulopi is an unspun pencil roving. You can knit with one strand of it by itself, hold multiple strands of it together, or hold it together with another yarn. One strand of unspun wool by itself is very, very fragile. If it breaks as you are knitting with it, simply layer the two ends over each other and rub them together with your fingers.
